Treehouse holiday rentals in Saint Lawrence River

Our stay with at Christie and Richie’s treehouse was amazing! Not only were they exceptional hosts, but the accommodations were perfect. The treehouse is super cozy, the hiking trails are beautiful, and it’s all around peaceful place. We brought our dog and he had a great time as well! Their dog Bo was a great playmate for our dog. I highly recommend staying with Christie and Richie!

This is actually a tiny slice of Heaven! I absolutely loved my treetop stay. The cabin is quaint, quiet and has just enough of everything you need. A totally tranquil stay…I didn’t want to leave!

The cottage on the lake is idyllic. Beautiful view, ideal location on the elevated lake. The path to get there in winter is a little sporty but it's good, travel light! The cottage is well-equipped, but bring your pillows for extra comfort. The mattresses are a little hard but camping so you can expect it. Super well equipped for cooking and above all very comfortable. We recommend it!

This stay was everything we wanted- relaxing, calm and a beautiful property. We did hikes near by and activities in the town. We really enjoyed exploring! I would love to come back!

Staying at the treehouse was such a unique experience! The treehouse actually has trees growing amongst the various decks and porches! There are so many windows with great views of the forest. I loved how cozy and clean it felt and we enjoyed all of the amenities (sauna, rain shower, hot tub bathtub). My kids enjoyed sleeping up in the loft. There are a lot of outdoor and screened in spaces that allowed us to spread out and relax. The gas fireplace is two sided and even heats one of the porches! I could see this being a nice place to stay in all seasons. Although the treehouse is not far (8 mins) from two substantial grocery stores, the site feels very private and peaceful. And MDI is so accessible as well. Thank you for sharing this memorable experience with us!

This place is truly breathtaking. The setting is splendid, we felt timeless, it's relaxing. We exchanged a few words with the reception person who was very warm and generous. The accommodations are just as sublime as each other. Access to the forest is a very nice little plus because the beach is splendid. Best of all, the accommodation is environmentally friendly. I recommend it.

Loved our stay! The place is beautiful and the homes, with their originality, make the experience truly unique. Our host was exceptional: very accommodating and always quick to answer our questions. We will definitely be back to discover other cottages!

I sort of selfishly don't want to write this because I feel I found a secret gem in this place but they deserve your business so: FABULOUS in every way! Sheila and her crew are pro-level. I felt totally comfortable from the moment I booked until the moment I left. It is a magical space and they are lovely, lovely people. They were available, helpful and friendly but also gave us our space. It was a COLD, rainy May weekend but so unbelievable cozy and we still effortlessly had the best time. I am having trouble imagining a season that would not be perfect here. Would go back, 100%.

An amazing treehouse, just right for two people and more room than I expected. Beautiful surroundings, and not far from Keene and Lake Placid. It was great to simply watch the trees from the windows or sitting on the balcony, made the journey up the steps well worth it! Comfy bed, good facilities. We had a lovely meal at Forty Six in Keene, would recommend it if you get the chance.

It was our 2 nd stay at Anahi and Leandre's and we loved it again. See you next year 😁

One of the best places i have ever stayed in, the beauty of this place cannot be described in words, you must visit to experience it, and Nicole is not only wonderful host but amazing person as well, she is very friendly and take a good care of her guests. Although the road leading up to the rental is somewhat uninviting, upon arrival at Jason's treehouse nestled among the trees, it proves to be a distinctive space that is undeniably charming and affords a strong sense of seclusion! The property's uniqueness was precisely what we sought along our road trip, and Jason provided us with excellent local recommendations, which proved extremely helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful tree house for a weekend get away. One of the main highlights was kayaking on the lake it was serene and absolutely stunning. Toni provided everything we needed and was very responsive the whole time we were there. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to unplug and recharge, this treehouse is a hidden gem. I can’t wait to come back!

Jim is a gem of a human - curious, intentional + generous. The treehouse was fun and we had everything we needed. The island offered us a place to truly relax and forget the drama of our day to day life. Jim's canoe suggestions were incredible .. make sure to check out the waterfall and paddle over to Kiwassa Lake and post up on the shoreline to swim and soak up all the beauty. We can't wait to go back!!

A stunning and unique Airbnb like this is worth the trip! I must have said “Whimsical” a thousand times on our trip. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed! If you’re looking for a fairy/dragon/ren faire vibe this place is a MUST! The host was responsive & even offered us to arrive as soon as the place was cleaned, around 11am. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that appreciates nature. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!

A dream come true! An incredible escape from reality where you are surrounded by the true peace of nature and all of the beauty that it brings. The treehouse was exactly as advertised - gorgeous construction, beautiful layout, incredibly comfortable bed, and most importantly - our four legged child was welcome! Our host was very communicative throughout the booking process, answered all of our questions, provided recommendations, and was flexible with check in/out time. We loved our trip to the treehouse so much, we are already planning our next trip to what we hope will become our new home away from home. 10/10 recommendation!

We had an amazing stay here. The house is tucked away and has plenty of privacy, and the river is the focal point of the stay. We enjoyed using the yoga barn for yoga and meditation throughout stay and loved to read the amazing messages from previous guests. The house has great vibes! The property is updated and clean, the house was clean upon check in, and the owner was responsive when we had some initial questions! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway

We had a great stay at Richard’s tiny house! It was affordable, cozy, and spotless, with beautiful views and a great location near waterfalls and the river. Richard was incredibly kind and knowledgeable—he even showed us around his home and gave us access to helpful facilities. His kayaking recommendations were better than anything we found online. A perfect spot for nature lovers!

This was absolutely everything I'd hoped it would be! Private, peaceful, and stunning views. I could have sat in the lower bed, surrounded by windows, or the porch and just absorbed the beauty and nature for hours. The space was clean and had everything I needed. Peter provided excellent descriptions and details to prepare for the trip and was responsive. I didn't want to leave and will definitely be back!

What a relaxing escape from work to just enjoy nature and peace and to chill by the fire. Being high up from everybody else in the South treehouse was amazing. I loved the property. I will definitely go again. The only thing I would recommend is to change the bed in the loft area and give a complementary satchel of logs for the fire Pit. I’m a property manager, and I really loved the property wish I could’ve stayed longer it was so peaceful and serene.

The Rock House was absolutely beautiful and just what we needed! perfect peafuk location with great amenities. Sandy and Lou were super nice and helpful hosts and we definitely look forward to the next time we can come back to this little get away! kind of jealous of their little slice of heaven up north :)

This place was nothing short of incredible! If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful get-a-way then you’re looking at the right place. His place was breathtaking. I also couldn’t recommend Chef Kerry enough, our meal was INCREDIBLE!!

Absolutely magical!!! My partner and I stayed at Rik’s this weekend and had the most beautiful and relaxing time at his treehouse. The photos really don’t do the place justice - Rik’s creativity and craftsmanship in these 2 treehouses is absolutely amazing. It’s like staying in a human sized fairy house!! Walking around the property gives you a wonderful feeling of peace and really connects you with the natural surroundings and wildlife. We highly recommend coming here if you want to relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Our only regret is actually planning activities during the day instead of spending our days at Rik’s. We’re already planning on returning and making the most of the quiet retreat he’s created.
