The Place in Rye is located in The Mint in the very centre of historic Rye, and sleeps 4. The newly renovated cottage has two light and airy bedrooms each with king size beds, ample storage space and their own luxury bathroom. There is a new fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting room, WIFI, smart TV and small library. There is a peaceful sunny courtyard with outside seating for 4. There is a car park 50 meters from the cottage. Sorry we do not accept children under 12 and no pets.

A charming self contained, 2 bedroom country cottage. Beekeepers is part of a converted Victorian byre set on a 14th century farm beside a sleepy lane with fabulous walks on the doorstep. It is perfect for exploring 1066 country and with Hastings, Battle and Rye just a few miles away there is much to do and see! Dogs are very welcome. Small orchard with picnic table and bbq. A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

A one of a kind, house built in 1926, with wooden floors and a grand staircase. It’s private, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The large rooms lend themselves to family and friends gathering for a break at any time of year. All the home comforts for a relaxing break & off road parking. Enjoy coffee/tea in the morning sun on the terrace while the children sleep or play on the lawn in the fully fenced garden. 15 min walk to the seafront and the interesting shops/eateries of St Leonards.

Beautifully located on the edge of Hastings county park 5 minute walk from the east hill & 10 mins walk to the old town. Wood burning stove & original early 1800s cottage features including a spacious kitchen extension. Nice views from both cosy bedrooms & plenty of natural light throughout. Cute & friendly kitten (short haired) comes with the house too - will leave food. (Please don’t book if it’s a problem!) Very quiet road with lovely neighbors & a village feel yet a walk to the beach.
