Completely renovated, surrounded by an enclosed garden of 2000 m², it will allow you to enjoy the beach located 4 km away and the harbor of St Germain.

We designed this place to accommodate a couple or family with 1 or 2 children maximum in 2 different sleeping areas. One adjoining the kitchen and living room, the other on the 2nd floor attic. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Orange TV and Wi-Fi. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from the sea and local shops. Free parking.

Charming house, functional, bright, quiet and close to large beaches and dunes. Enclosed land, sheltered from the wind and very well exposed. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, bar, children's games and deckchairs to relax in the best possible way :) Beach and dune access is safe for children. Our house is in a small estate, very quiet, our close neighbors are rarely present. PLEASE NOTE, linens not provided (towels and sheets).

Nestled on private land where our family house is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.
