Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Louis

Highly recommended! Clear and fast communication. Friendly host who personally greets you on arrival and departure. House very clean and warm/homely furnished. You will immediately feel at home. Wonderfully spacious and large! Basel easily accessible by tram, Germany within walking distance. I would recommend this house to anyone! It is useful to know that there is little to do in Hunigue itself and the house is on the edge of the village. This makes it seem a bit like you are sitting on industrial land. But absolutely nothing more than praise! Would recommend it to everyone if you want to visit Basel!

Everything went perfectly for our family stay (2 adults, 2 children) at the "Jardin Fleuri" - which deserves its name and was beautifully decorated for Easter. The bedrooms were pretty and comfortable, very clean, and the kitchen/dining room pleasant to live in and functional. We found nice surprises for our arrival, and the basics (butter, coffee, cleaning products, etc.) were available on site to start the stay with peace of mind. The location was perfect for sightseeing in both Basel and Mulhouse. Marie Christine was pleasant, attentive and available if needed.

Like last year, we had a wonderful time at Fabienne's. The house is beautiful, in the garden this year there was also a larger garden table incl. chairs, so we could sit together in the garden in the evening this year. :) Fabienne was an incredibly nice and accommodating host again this year. I would recommend a stay with her to anyone. We are already looking forward to coming back next year.

The place is private and nice. It has a nice backyard and a fun trampoline for kids. However, if you don’t have a car it’s pretty inconvenient to get to places and even finding an uber is challenging, especially on a weekend. The hosts were responsive and nice, but there are things that could be improved to make for a more enjoyable stay.

The only bad thing was the collection of the keys since it was very confusing and that you go from here to there and that 20 meters away you return and put the key in and adding that I arrived at dawn and I did not have Internet on my cell phone it was confusing to find the keys. I would recommend changing the key box below the accommodation and not walking around half a block from one side to the other, it was stressful. I think I would not stay there again.

We want to thank for a great time spent in Saint Louis! Apartment was quiet, clean and comfy. The localisation is perfect to get to Basel. We also had a great walk going to the border of 3 countries, which is not far away. Apartment owner is super friendly, they were in contact with us all the time, checking if we already arrived, if we need any help, etc. Although no help was required as apartment contained everything you need for a stay as a tourist, even maps with timetables of local transport. Street/neighbours are very quiet, everything is made for your conform, even a TV that has a limitation for volume, not to make extra noise and to keep silence. We recommend this place to everyone!🩷

We enjoyed staying in the apartment very much! Everything we needed was in the apartment. The contact with Berenike was also flawless. There was the problem that there was no suitable cable in the apartment for the music box, but that was quickly added, so we could still use it the last few days. All in all we had a very nice time.

- Small but nice! Ideal for 1-2 people. - Beautiful and at the same time practically furnished apartment, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. - The listed amenities were available. The place was very clean. - Great location: The apartment is only 3 minutes' walk from the nearest tram stop. - Communication with the host worked smoothly. Lisa was very proactive and the instructions on how to find the apartment and the keys were very clear. - The apartment is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator in the building. That was totally fine with us. However, it is good to know. - The apartment is located in the attic. During our stay, it was very hot. Unfortunately, the accommodation had no air conditioning, but fans. Nevertheless, it was very hot at night, which you should be aware of.

Marie Odile and her husband were super friendly hosts. They were always available by phone and you were personally received by them. Due to an accident, my trip was postponed to about 9:30 pm, to which both reacted with a lot of understanding and kindness. The apartment itself is very high quality and well equipped and also gives you a homely feeling on vacation. The place is highly recommended.

Very easy check-in with a host who is attentive to needs. Good bedding. Quiet. Clean. Ideal as a starting point for hiking in the surrounding area. In addition, we must thank Tari for his welcome and kindness.

Inge is a great host. She made sure we knew how to get to her apartment and printed Baselcard transit passes for us. The first floor apartment is located in a quiet and lovely neighborhood and has good WiFi, all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and access to a pleasant back yard. Inge even provided milk, bread, eggs and fruit for our stay. We would be happy to stay here again on future trips.

If the opportunity arises, we will return to your accommodation with our little bear. Everything was perfect, better than at the hotel. Large apartment with all the required functions. Animals (small dog) free, very rare.

Absolutely lovely place. Really cosy small studio, was easy to find and get to. Was quite toasty given the time of year but the fan in the room worked wonders keeping us cool. Couldn’t fault it at all. Location was quiet and private but wasn’t too far from restaurants and cafes. So for me atleast was a perfect location. Thankyou Goran for a wonderful stay.

Régine is super friendly and uncomplicated. The apartment is in a nice, quite, safe neighborhood. The garden is lovely and the pool was amazing on a hot 36 degree day. The air conditioning was great. A bakery is a few minutes away by foot. Highly recommended! Merci!

Rosemarie is very friendly and welcoming. The flat is very practicle and well constructed. also right next to a bus station connecting to the city center or a tram line to Basel. Enjoy your journey at Rosemarie !
