Very welcoming host, and very accommodating regarding the check-in time. Really good place to stay with friends. The large garden and pool are really a plus, especially when the weather is good. We thank Fabien and her family.

Small, quiet cottage in a large, well-maintained property. We were remarkably welcomed with nice touches. The pool is very nice, a perfect place to relax.

Charming house, very atypical! Corinne was welcoming and attentive. We were lucky to have good weather, and were able to enjoy the terrace (smaller indoor space for meals). The four bedrooms are very spacious.

The house is very clean, impeccable bedding and many accessories in the kitchen The place is quiet, the pool is large enough to guarantee nice swims The hot tub and petanque court add a pluses to this rental I highly recommend this place. It is about 2 hours from the ocean, 1.5 hours from the Poitevin marsh.

It was a really nice week in the gîte rosiers. We enjoyed very much the nice surroundings and fun activities nearby. Super friendly hosts, they were always ready for us for help, fun tips and a chat here and there. It is definitely recommended!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rose's place in Villefagnan, for many reasons. Yvette greeted us, showed us how to use everything, and answered all my questions and requests for help. Rose's home is very comfortable. Top quality beds, pillows and linens, empty dressers so we didn't have to live out of a suitcase, a fully equipped kitchen, the list goes on. The beautiful backyard, with grass, flowers and cherry trees was our favorite place to spend a sunny afternoon. And the village of Villefagnan is wonderful, too. The town square is 2 houses away, and the patisserie is just across the square, so we had fresh croissants every morning. Two restaurants, a bouchère, a corner market, Tobac, and a pharmacy make up the rest of the village, everything you need. There are bike roads in every direction, so our dogs enjoyed long walks every day. The locals are friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to go back.

Elisabeth was very welcoming. The cottage is carefully furnished and equipped, everything is practical, accessible and charming. The bath towels are soft and the quilts are splendid. The garden is conducive to cooing, picking and hide and seek. The surroundings offer beautiful opportunities for bike rides, boat trips... in the heart of the Poitevin marsh. A very nice stay, in ideal conditions, from which you leave refreshed and invigorated!

Amanda and Robin were great hosts and the gite was gorgeous. We loved the quiet surroundings and a quick drive to a couple of great restaurants. Our 2 little dogs were made very welcome and enjoyed the secure garden. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. Lovely stay, especially being invited to the tango evening. We had a lovely stay. Super well appointed environment ( games for children outside and large indoor games room). We were able to enjoy a canoe ride made available by hosts. The accommodation is very well-equipped.

The Domaine de Loups has been one of the most special places we have ever stayed. The estate and river valley are a hidden gem in the agricultural landscape. The owners are welcoming and generous and you have freedom to explore the entire estate including using the boat to travel up the river. We loved watching a family of six kestrels in nearby trees. The property was spotlessly clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our stay at Kathryn, Mark and Otis's was perfect. A magical, peaceful place where you can recharge and where you can feel at home. Extremely well-equipped, we were as good as at home. The amenities are complete. And the many activities offered were perfect, kayaking, boating, children's pool, fishing, picnic… and the environment is beautiful and very rejuvenating. The accommodation was up to our expectations, clean and ideal for spending a family weekend in a beautiful environment near Poitiers and activities such as the Futurescope. Just returned from a very relaxing holiday. The gite and pool were just perfect. Fully equipped and immaculately clean. Good location with restaurants and some beautiful villages close by. Sarah and Paul were very welcoming hosts. Making sure we had a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful atypical house, quietly located. The owner was very welcoming and small gifts were waiting for us upon arrival. We had a good week at Violette and her husband's place. Communication with them has always been very good. We recommend for a visit to the Charente Maritime and Marais Poitevin.

This is a totally beautiful gitte that is even better in the flesh than the photo's. A super tasteful space with everything you need. Nice and private with a delightful courtyard for eating or sitting in the sun. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim but the pool area was so pretty. It was so relaxing.. Its very near for many coastal places to visit, Royan being our favourite with its amazing architecture. The host Pierric was very charming and helpful and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place and hopefully will return at some point.
