Notre maison en pierre, avec piscine privée (chauffée et accessible de juin à septembre) et accès direct à la plage de Donville les bains, offre une superficie de 90m2 intérieur et 70m2 de terrasse à côté et autour de la piscine. Nous avons installé une table au fond de notre jardin, à flanc de dune avec une vue unique sur la plage, la mer et les îles Chausey - Nous prenons notre petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou bien simplement notre café ... mais aussi le dîner pour profiter du couché du soleil.

In Saint Lunaire, Babioles is located in an authentic village . The house is near a the huge beach. This house includes: a large kitchen for 6 or 7; a large living room ; a parental room with bed (140x190) and its bathtub. A bedroom with 2 or 3 bunk beds. Shower and separate WC. The whole is revisited by a decorator (have a look at the photos). The through light makes the living room very clear. The intimate garden allows full tanning and barbecue. CLOSED GARDEN.

Come and relax in our pleasant cottage with your feet in the sand under the pine trees, in the Edune residential leisure park. A 300-meter walk to the beach and close to Jullouville city center. You will have at your disposal a heated indoor pool as well as games for children, petanque courts, volleyball and ping pong table. It is a 10-minute drive from Granville with its shops and restaurants, 40 minutes from Mt Saint Michel and 1 hour 20 minutes from Saint Malo.

The city center of Erquy is 8 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike. The town of Pleneuf-Val-André is 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike.

Come and stay in our large family home ideally located facing the sea and close to amenities. On the ground floor, the living space facing the garden and the sea was completely renovated in July 24. The bedroom, veranda, bathroom and pastry area overlook the garden at the back of the house. In the garage, a staircase leads to the floor where the sea view is particularly clear. You benefit from a real independent apartment with all the comforts.

Shops are very close, as well as all the activities offered on the peninsula: water sports, walking, shore fishing, etc. It is the perfect place to discover the region, Saint Malo (25 minutes), Dinard (15 minutes), St Cast (10 minutes), Cap Fréhel (20 minutes) etc... You'll love my place because of its location in the center of the village, you can do everything on foot.
