Condo holiday rentals in Saint-Malo

Very nice studio with views of the surrounding rooftops, green trees and the sea in the distance. I had a very good stay in this well-equipped, comfortable, bright studio that met all expectations. Thank you to the owners for their kindness and adaptation to my schedule. Accommodation that I recommend and to which I will return for future stays in St Malo.

We had a lovely stay at Val Joyeux, a very authentic family home. The view of the bay is amazing, the environment is both peaceful while being close to the customs trail and the small center near the church that allows you to do some shopping. Jannick and Catherine were both very available and flexible on the check-in time. We hope to be back soon!

We had a really wonderful, restful stay. The flat was light and airy and comfortable and was just as Alexandra had described it. We enjoyed walking along the pathway to St Cast, or just popping down to one of the restaurants below the appartment for supper. We made lots of little excursions west and east along the coast but also enjoyed coming back “home” to just sit and enjoy the comings and goings below in the port.

Laurence is very friendly. She met us at the train station, which is 2 minutes from the apartment. The location was ideal for us without a car, the train station next door, the Sillon beach at the end of the street and the ramparts a short 15-minute walk away. A large Intermarché supermarket is 5+ minutes away. The apartment is very nice, impeccably clean, the bed and sofa are comfortable. Laurence had planned refreshments and madeleines for our arrival. A nice touch that made us happy. :)

What a place! We loved everything about our stay. The apartment is the perfect layout with plenty of room and all the facilities you need. The little quirky pieces of art brought a great fun feel to the place. It’s within walking distance to Intra Muros and the incredible sea lido which is perfect for a morning swim and quiet coffee before the crowds arrive. There are local cafes, restaurants and a delicious boulangerie just along the next road from the apartment. The apartment was very secure and we had excellent bike storage in the underground garage. Top marks for Vanessa’s communication, when we couldn’t locate the code to enter the garage (which she had provided) she was there within 10 minutes to help us and show us around. Absolutely excellent.

The accommodation is very well located, a stone's throw from the beach, a 5-10 minute walk from the Intra Muros and a two minute walk from a fishmonger! Marie Noëlle is very welcoming and available, the children enjoyed the toys available. In short, we had a great time!

Apartment was very clean and Mai met us at the property to give us a full tour. The apartment is exactly the same as the description and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Apartment is only 10/15mins from INTRA MUROS and close to several supermarket s. Also a big bonus is having a secure parking space. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time. The apartment is very well-equipped. We found everything we needed. For example, baking paper for the oven etc. The bedding is extremely good. The apartment is really spacious and the view is beautiful! Pléneuf and the beach are within walking distance. We recommend it +++

It was our second stay at Annette and Philip's, we had a great week in this beautiful Breton house, very well decorated and super well equipped. The accommodation was impeccably clean, the bedding comfortable, the place very quiet and not very far from the tourist sites. Thanks again to Annette and Philip.

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

very good extended weekend (4 nights), the accommodation is faithful to the description and well located. Valérie is very responsive, no problems, we recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished with extensive kitchen equipment. The beds were super nice, we slept like prince and princess. I can only recommend Héloïse's apartment.

Ideal accommodation for staying in Saint-Lunaire. Beautiful view from the living room and bedroom, very close to shops and especially the sea. Well arranged and clean accommodation which makes the stay ideal with children. I highly recommend it.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The house is charming, perfectly equipped, impeccably clean and ideally located to discover Saint-Malo and its surroundings. The calm of the place is particularly appreciable, allowing you to fully relax after a day of sightseeing. The hosts are very kind, available and attentive. We had a great time! The sea view is beautiful, and the balcony to enjoy it is very nice. The accommodation is nice, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

Our stay at Stéphy's was very pleasant. The apartment is very well located (a stone's throw from the sea, restaurants, etc.) well-equipped and cozy. Stéphy is a welcoming host, delighted to share her good addresses. We'll be happy to go back!
