Détendez-vous dans ce studio calme et bien décoré avec une vue imprenable sur la nature. Situé à l'étage avec une entrée indépendante. Idéalement situé à proximité de la vallée du Canut, du domaine des Longrais , du Campus de Ker Lann et du Parc des expositions et à 25 kms de Rennes ou Paimpont. Draps et serviettes fournis. Vous n'avez plus qu'à vous poser et savourer ! Merci de noter que si vous venez à 2 personnes, ce sera soit le grand lit soit deux lits simples séparés.

Leon's House

We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming farmhouse. Renovated in 2024 and with an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a pretty 45 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and you can enjoy an outdoor area of about 100 m². Wifi, linens and towels included, all you have to do is drop off your bags!

30 kilometers from Rennes, the house is close to Brocéliande Forest, a short walk from the Fountain of Youth and Merlin's Tomb. Great for a nature stay, combining proximity to the forest, hiking trails, and the magic of the Wolf Chamber Valley. Lake Trémelin and its water activities are 5 kilometers away. The house is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids).

The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
