Ideally located between Fontainebleau and Moret, within walking distance of the Champagne train station (direct trains, 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening, omnibus in the day from Paris) and the city center, this cottage is totally independent in a walled garden. Very comfortable for 2 people, but there is the possibility of sleeping 4 people thanks to the new BZ sofa in the living room. Motorcyclists will be able to park their motorcycles safely in the shelter under a high wind.

Saint Mammés is a charming boat village, accessible in 10 minutes and offers small shops. Fontainebleau and its forest are close too.
