Lovely apartments in a great location, walking distance to shops &restaurants and 1min away from the sea shore. Both apartments are nicely furnished and have everything needed for a great holiday. Really recommend the apartments and the area.

You will meet very friendly hosts here, who are always open to questions and concerns. The accommodation also has character and offers many advantages, such as the proximity to the beach Plage du Monaco, the protected parking in the courtyard and the cozy terrace and garden with barbecue facilities. We felt very comfortable here!

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace provides an intimate outdoor access that is highly appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the airport's runways, the noise (during the day only) is more of an inconvenience than a nuisance. Good equipment, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In summary, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this indeed atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

A real paradise, sea view and boats, the cove accessible on foot, a charming house with everything necessary for our 2-year-old and a green common park! Delphine welcomed us with great kindness and all the recommendations around. A perfect stay!

We had a lovely time with the family at this beautiful villa. Thanks to Lola for her warm welcome. The house is well decorated and comfortable, the outside is well landscaped. There is what you need in terms of amenities to stay there apart from the essentials for toddlers (bed, high chair etc.). Pretty pool that can be heated for a charge, we were able to enjoy water at 29 degrees. And the sea view is really nice. Shops are easy to reach by car as well as the sea. We recommend.

My friends and I had a great weekend. Beautiful villa, very well equipped, and perfectly in line with the listing. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable, including a master suite with bathroom. The residence is quiet and secure, ideal for resting. Host is responsive and very understanding. I would highly recommend it!

Ludovic is a fantastic host who provided us with clear instructions and helpful local tips. His apartment is well-equipped (full kitchen, washer and dryer, wonderful terrace) and was perfect for our small family. The bed was large and very comfortable and, though there was only one bedroom, we put our toddler’s bed in the living room and used a black-out tent over it so he could sleep soundly. The beach and a nice restaurant are right across the street and there are big supermarkets within a 5 to 10-minute drive. All of the main beaches and sights are within a short driving distance. If we come back to Hyeres we would be happy to stay here again.

We had a great stay in this fully renovated apartment, very pleasant to live in, spacious and bright, with a magnificent view. Central location to be able to do everything on foot and leave the car in the garage. The port and the fully pedestrianized city center are very pleasant. We also loved the Portissol beach, 20 minutes' walk along a very nice path. Thanks to Maxime for his flexibility and kindness. We can't wait to come back!

We were lucky enough to spend a week in this great place. The location is really unbeatable, my absolute highlight is the terrace, from which we could watch the in and out ships and boats and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The accommodation is well equipped and located a little away from the busy city life, which was very right for us, and the sea can be reached quickly. Emmanuel & Audrey are very attentive hosts and responded quickly if there were any questions. I will always be happy to remember the beautiful time here in pictures and thoughts and highly recommend convincing myself personally!

Emmanuelle is a welcoming and available host. The accommodation is functional and in a great location. Everything can be done without a car, shops, beach, boats to Toulon, etc... I would recommend this rental 100%.

Excellent stay at Lucie's. The house is very nice, it is "lively" (books, a profusion of games for families, etc.). The garden is also very pleasant (many Mediterranean and aromatic plants), several exposures possible to find shade (or sun). Ultra well-equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, robots, dishwasher products, grocery products to start the stay). Beautiful handcrafted tableware too (bowls, salad bowls) it's very nice! The house is located a few minutes' walk from the sea, especially the small beach of Fabregas and its restaurants. We were also able to appreciate the quality of the relationship with Denis (from the concierge) and with the housekeeper, both very friendly and very responsive. It was a great stay. This is a fantastic spot, centrally located, tons of space, great kitchen and laundry. We had numerous messages back and forth in the planning stage as well as to deal with our request for over-size parking. Everything was handled quickly and in a very friendly, helpful manner. They went above and beyond for our family group.

We will return with great pleasure.
