Great house for a family vacation! The house has all facilities you need and is located conveniently close to Suze-La-Rousse (small village with some nice shops and restaurant).

Wat een fantastische week hebben we gehad met 14 volwassenen! We waren er met onze familie en het huis bood echt alle ruimte om samen te genieten en je af en toe even terug te trekken. Het is ruim, stijlvol en supercomfortabel, met fijne slaapkamers, genoeg badkamers en gezellige hoekjes om samen te zitten. De buitenkeuken was ons favoriete plekje: koken, eten en borrelen in de avondzon. De omgeving is prachtig. We gingen kanoën, bezochten wijngaarden en grotten, maar eerlijk is eerlijk, het zwembad was zo lekker dat we vaak gewoon thuis bleven. En met een tafeltennistafel en jeu de boules baan hoef je je echt geen moment te vervelen. Eric en Yasmina zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij en staan altijd klaar om te helpen. Francois, de eigenaar, is hartelijk en zorgt dat je je meteen welkom voelt. Alles klopte aan deze plek. Wij zouden zonder twijfel nog een keer terugkomen!

Nous venons de passer 15 jours et le beau temps était au rendez-vous, pour celles et ceux qui recherchent le calme et la quiétude c'est le lieu idéal ! Christine et Philippe sont accueillants, chaleureux, disponibles et soucieux du bien-être de leurs hôtes. Ils ont été de bons conseils pour les sites à visiter, à la fois dans le Gard et dans l'Ardèche qui est à peine à 10 km Nombreux lieux à visiter notamment le pont du Gard, le Pont d'Arc et les gorges de l'Ardèche en canoé, la grotte de l'Aven Orgnac, les cascades du Sautadet, les arènes de Nîmes ....) La maison est bien équipée et les commerces de proximité se trouvent à Barjac à 3km Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Excellent séjour, dans une belle maison au calme, avec un très beau jardin où se reposer. Maison très agréable à vivre, située dans un bel environnement, proche de très beaux villages à visiter, d’une rivière où se baigner et où l’on peut faire plein de randonnées. Nous avons enfin été très bien accueilli par Valérie, qui est d’une grand gentillesse.

Maison très grande et agréable pour des grands groupes. Tout est réunis pour passer un bon moment. Dommage qu’il n’y ai eu qu’un frigo sur les deux qui marchaient.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Villa. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – nur eine Minute zu Fuß bis zum perfekten Flussstrand, ideal für Kinder. Die Sauberkeit war top, alles war super gepflegt und hygienisch vorbereitet, auch für unser Baby. Das Highlight war auch definitiv das Spiel-Erdgeschoss: eine komplette Etage voller Spielzeug für alle Altersklassen – unser Kleinkind war begeistert, und selbst wir Erwachsenen hatten Spaß. Für vier Personen perfekt – geräumig, kinderfreundlich, ruhig, mit Flussblick und gleichzeitig nah an allem Wichtigen. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons réellement passé un très bon moment grâce à Vincent et Cécile ! Photos fidèles à la réalité, un vrai havre de paix ! Accessoires pour profiter de ce logement top = pétanque, bouées pour verre dans la piscine ; vélos ; barbecue ! Nous reviendrons si nous sommes amenés à revenir découvrir cette si belle région dont nous sommes tombés sous le charme Puy Saint Martin est un village comme à l'époque où l'on retourne en enfance : et ça fait du bien <3 Nous conseillons vivement le restaurant bistro'c : très accueillant, face à l'église et très bons plats dans la joie et la bonne humeur

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

Tout à été parfait ! David et eny sont très chaleureux, tout comme leur maison, super bonne énergie on s’y sent bien! J’ai adoré la décoration, beaucoup de goût et j’ai passé une superbe semaine dépaysement total… Mon chien était content aussi d avoir de l’espace avec les balades alentours sans prendre forcément la voiture. Merci encore

Sehr schönes, architektonisch durchdachtes Haus, das alt und neu gelungen verbindet und durch seinen Vorbau perfekt den Mistral abhält. So ist es auch bei starkem Wind immer möglich, sich auf der Terrasse aufzuhalten und den schönen Blick über Garten und Weinberge zu genießen. Einen grandiosen Blick hat man außerdem durch die rückwärtigen bodentiefen Fenster in Richtung Cairanne! Bäder und Kücheneinrichtung sind modern und komfortabel. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist angenehm warm und durch seine außergewöhnliche Größe wirklich zum Schwimmen geeignet. Von gelegentlich vorbei fahrenden Traktoren abgesehen, herrscht die meiste Zeit eine himmlische Ruhe. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Madame Cid für die freundliche Begrüßung und Betreuung!

We truly enjoyed our stay, a perfect location to unwind and immerse yourself in nature. It was a nice surprise to find so many animals: a horse, super cute dogs and a cat. The garden is beautiful, you can walk around, go down to the river, enjoy quietness and pure nature all around. The road to the location is also very nice - like a hidden path through nature. It’s definitely a place to come back to, with an amazing energy. Even two nights restore you fully and feels like you stayed much longer than this. Not to mention a stylish and tastefully decorated house. You can find all you need. Amazing both side terraces - to enjoy a morning sun and a sunset.

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit dans le logement de Simone. Tout s’est très bien passé. Le quartier est calme, ce qui est très appréciable, et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée à flâner dans les rues de Montélimar. L’appartement était propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire. Simone nous a très bien accueillis. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

This old converted water mill makes a lovely family house, perfect for all generations. It is isolated (no need to worry about children screaming in the swimming pool) and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with signed hiking trails in all directions. You can walk to the very attractive village of Lussan for an ice cream or drink, (but any sort of food shopping does mean a car journey.) Our group comprised grandparents, parents and three children (aged 3 to 8). The children loved the pool, the trampoline and the bikes. The adults enjoyed boules and molkii. (There's also table tennis and lots of board games.) Vincent, the owner, lives close by and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he came round to deal with any little problems.

Alison and Costas are a dream team. Excellent hosts with a beautiful chateau for you to enjoy. Aline is great too. You’ll have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Great food and activity recommendations in the booklet. Be sure to visit all the markets you can, and try and eat at Le Flores- which was the perfect lazy lunch venue.

This place is a hidden gem for anyone looking to spend some time truly in nature.. the sound of birds in the morning and the sunsets are beautiful. A car is required as the place is hidden away but it’s definitely worth the extra mile for the experience. Florian has put together a lot of local recommendations and the morning fresh bread available on some days is a must! All in all we had a great time and recharged our batteries!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in deze prachtige woning! Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en het huis voelde direct als thuis. De communicatie verliep soepel en prettig. Un des meilleur airbnb dans lequel j’ai été. Le logement est superbe, décoré avec goût et chaleureux. Je ne peux que le recommander si vous voulez découvrir l’Ardèche et séjourner dans un appartement spacieux, cosy, dans lequel on se sent vraiment bien. Le village de Balazuc est magnifique, et on peut aller à la plage à pied en 10minutes, on en a bien profité. Mary est une super hôte, réactive et grâce à qui tout a été facile et chill.

Excellent two week stay in Olivier’s lovely apartment. Beautifully renovated to give a great mix of modern and character. The stone walls are beautiful. Overall very spacious - two large bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms. Kitchen dining area enormous. Jacuzzi and roof terrace a bonus. There are lots of stairs as noted but very manageable. There is great safe and accessible bike storage and riding from the front door fabulous. Oliver was very responsive both before and after booking and check in. On request supplied us with a filter coffee machine. Barjac is a charming village close to the Ardeche and Cèze rivers for all manner of outdoor activities. Overall a fabulous stay, well recommended. C18 mill of great charm, surrounded by lovely garden, all restored and brought to life by Isabelle. Utterly peaceful. Within 10 minutes' drive from unspoilt village with excellent food shopping to provide for delicious meals in the garden, serenaded by nightingale and turtle dove. Bats and tuneful frogs in the evenings. Beautiful walks from the door along dusty lanes with verges full of wild flowers. Avignon, Orange, Glanum, Nimes, Camargue all within driveable distance. Isabelle could not have been more friendly and welcoming and we hope to visit again one day.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec notre bébé et notre chien. Serge est accueillant et réactif. Le logement est paisible, sans vis à vis, spacieux, bien équipé et nous pouvons nous garer juste devant la porte d'entrée ce qui est appréciable.

Tolle typisch provenvalische Unterkunft auf einer Anhöhe umgeben von Natur. Ein absolutes Plus ist auch der Pool und der sehr gepflegte Garten. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre. Außergewöhnlich auch der saubere Grill, den wir benutzen konnten. Hervorheben möchten wir auch die Sauberkeit überall im Haus und Garten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super. Ein großer Kühlschrank, großer Herd und alles vorhanden was man braucht. das Bett war superbequem und ein Plus die tolle Dusche und die Badezimmer. Toll für unsere Hündin der abgeschlossene Bereich, sodass sie frei laufen konnte. Danke Pierre , dass Sie Hunde erlauben. Auf jenen Fall empfehlen wir ein Auto,da man leider für Lebensmittel und Hundespaziergänge immer fahren muss. Die Kommunikation mit Pierre war immer sehr gut und schnell. Schade, dass wir uns nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben.

Notre sejour était parfait. Logement idéalement situé a proximité du centre ville et de la rivière pour pouvoir s'y rendre à pied (pas besoin de prendre la voiture). Peu de fenêtres dans l'appartement mais cela garantie une fraicheur pendant la période de canicule que nous avons connu là-bas. J'espère pouvoir revenir.

Nous recommandons vivement autant sur la qualité du logement que celui de l hôte. L’environnement est paisible un bon retour aux sources.
