We designed this 2-person accommodation (50 m2) on the garden side to allow you to discover our beautiful region, the Dordogne, and to spend an unforgettable time in a small relaxing corner. Ideally located between Bergerac and Périgueux (25 min) then Sarlat (45 min), you can also enjoy a peaceful corner with jacuzzi located outside the accommodation, without facing and available 24 hours a day. Studio located on the 1st floor of a small house (unoccupied on the ground floor) in the heart of the Bergerac vineyard: Pécharmant, Monbazillac, Rosette. Lembras is 5 km from Bergerac Its geographical location allows the discovery of many tourist sites. In the village, pizzeria and bread depot (open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.). At the entrance to Bergerac, a supermarket (4.5 km) and a pharmacy (3 km). 5 min drive to Lake Pombonne: supervised swimming (free access) and hiking trails.

Stone barn renovated into 2 adjoining cottages separated by a large interior garden area. It's a cozy cottage that I offer you, ideal for resting in the countryside at the farm. Peaceful covered terrace with private hot tub at each cottage (not allowed for young children) Ideal for 4 people or a couple Pleasant view, very quiet location. Many possible activities: canoeing, Gabares rides on the Dordogne, castles, villages, caves, museums, restaurants, flea markets... etc.

Les familles apprécieront particulièrement la flexibilité, l’accueil chaleureux et les conseils personnalisés pour découvrir la région.
