Just had another wonderful stay at Sea Sprite! Susan is an exceptional host who really wants her guests to have the best possible stay. The cottage is super clean and very well equipped with many basics provided. Susan has chosen very tasteful furnishings which make the cottage a really pleasant place to stay. The bed is really comfortable and plenty of towels are provided. The location is perfect - in the quiet historic part of town within a short walk of the many good restaurants, cafes and pubs in Deal. We will be back as soon as we can!

The location of this house is spectacular with waves breaking on the wall just below and the sound of pebbles rolled by the sea to lull you to sleep. The house is beautifully furnished and well equipped. It was a privilege to spend a week living here. The surrounding area is full of interesting things to do but the best part of our holiday was coming home to the sound and sight of the sea just outside the window

We have loved it from the first moment. Very nice home with comfy beds and sofas. The kitchen is well equipped and both bathrooms are very clean. Our favourite has been the garden, which invites to relax under the trees. Highly recommended. Would always stay again.

The House was perfect for a relaxing weekend of family time. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all the equipment we needed for a large family that enjoys cooking, eating, and drinking well. We felt right at home and had a very special, relaxing and fun few days.

We had a lovely stay in Jubilee Cottage. Spotlessly clean, full of character with everything we needed and more. Kitchen was very well equipped so we could easily cook whatever we fancied. We are a group of 6 friends meeting up for our annual jaunt in Folkestone. Being honest, we are quite a fussy older group who were absolutely blown away with the stunning interior, views and amenities. Not sure I wanted to give it such a high rating because we will definitely be coming again and want to keep it available! Honestly, the flat is stunning, there is nothing I would change. 2026 booking incoming.....

We missed the entry way to the parking space at first pass, even though the 81 at the entry is really big and visible. :-) There is more room in the flat than expected and the big king size is great. Nice selection of games and movies too. Prefect for an entire family to stay in Dover. And the host is friendly and replies fast to questions. I recommend this location heartily!

What a fabulous apartment. The location was amazing and we loved sitting in the large front window watching the world go by right on the seafront. The proximity to town was also a bonus as there were many lovely places to eat! The apartment was much bigger than expected and had everything we might possibly need. One particular plus point was the the bed in the master bedroom which was super comfortable. We will definitely be back, hopefully later this year. Thank you!

Great studio for a quick stay in Whitstable! Sian was helpful communicative. We enjoyed the easy access to all that Whitstable has to offer. Enjoyed the care the hosts took to curate a small space to the guests needs.

A lovely little bolt hole - very comfortable and exactly what we needed for a night away ….. we very much appreciated the pastries - that was a lovely surprise…… the bed didn’t suit my back but the mrs slept like a log so horses for courses …. Was a little bright and toasty with one of the blinds missing but overall a ten out of ten - many thanks to Emma for being a fantastic host ….. highly recommended

Sue was terrific. She could not have been more accommodating when our party of 3 became 4 (to include a young grandson) and she provided us with cereals and goodies for him and a bed guard rail. Her lovely apartment is beautiful, light, airy and comfortably furnished with excellent quality appliances and fixtures/fittings. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. A superbly designed and appointed apartment. Thank you Sue. Our stay was short but perfect.

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

The apartment was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wood-burning stove and the terrace with its peaceful view were definite highlights.
