La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

We offer this small cottage in the heart of the Reno Forest. All comforts, cocooning and quiet, for a couple and a child. Enjoy the joys of the fireplace or stroll in the heart of nature. Discover our region on foot, by bike thanks to the many paths that surround us, but also on horseback because we can also accommodate it! 4 boxes, an arena and almost direct access to the forest are major assets of our Site! Cottage in the woods, by the water

Welcome to Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Welcome to our fully renovated '70s house in the Sarthe countryside in Aigné, just minutes from Le Mans (72). This modular house adapts to your needs, whether you are traveling alone, as a couple, for families or with friends. It's also great for groups of workers on the go. We adjust the space to ensure all the comforts needed according to the number of people for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We look forward to welcoming you!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in the countryside 5 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 10 minutes from the city center of Le Mans. Accommodation adjoining our house with an independent entrance that gives you complete freedom during your stay. 4 beds or 6 in the sofa bed (Note: extra bed). You get all the amenities of a home We can provide bed linens upon request (€10/pers)

The Furnished is close to the Mulsanne Turn. 7 km from Antarès Tramway Station and 15 minutes from Le Mans city center. 40 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, free admission or family pass depending on requests. You will appreciate the flowery outdoor spaces, its country environment and the company of donkeys. We offer guided hikes with one of our donkeys.
