In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. The house is in a small quiet subdivision, located just 10 minutes from the 24-hour circuit by expressway and less than 10 minutes from the European Horse Center. Our house is 5 minutes from highway exit no. 23. The floor has a private entrance. The accommodation consists of: 2 bedrooms with double bed (bed linen provided), shower room (towel, shower gel, shampoo provided), separate toilet and living room with sofa bed. Wi-Fi available.

Outside, you have a lot with a space for your vehicle.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

A private parking space in the residence is at your disposal. This studio is composed of a spacious living room with a nice open equipped kitchen, with coffee, tea and condiments available. It also has a bathroom with bathtub.
