Plein sud en Trièves, nous avons construit cette extension mitoyenne pour nos parents quand ils en auront besoin. En attendant nous le louons et nous soutenons aussi des artistes en résidence. Nous habitons juste à coté et c'est chouette de vous conseiller, vous prêter des cartes IGN, vous donner les bons plans, voire même vous préparer un repas. Bus/train à 3km ; à proximité des pistes de ski, du lac Monteynard et de circuits de randonnée. Enfin, la cerise sur la tartiflette : un sauna au bois

La maison est un vieux corps de ferme typique du Trièves, tout juste rénové, avec 3 grandes chambres donc une avec douche privative , le linge de lits et de toilette sont fournis, cuisine tout équipée , 1 salle de bain, 2 toilettes, 1 séjour avec poêle à bois, tv et internet.Parking privé. Grand terrain attenant avec un joli four à pain (non utilisable) . A 2km du centre de mens. Pour la période de juillet /août les réservations ce font uniquement à la semaine du samedi au samedi.petit ruisseau

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Discover our 22 m2 apartment, located in the heart of the resort in a quiet residence with pool and tennis. It is equipped with 5 beds: 1 new sofa bed in the main room, a sofa bed and a mezzanine bed in the heated mountain corner entrance. It has a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, microwave oven, dishes, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.), a bathroom with bathtub, a balcony with unobstructed mountain views and not overlooked.
