Excellent stay at Michèle's, very welcoming and friendly host. the rental is as described, in nature, quiet and relaxing. The garden furniture is a plus to settle in and enjoy the sun. These few days were the opportunity for a hot air balloon flight over the Loire and the castles, beautiful experience 🤩

‘Le Barn’, in the grounds of Chateau Belebat, is a charming accommodation which is beautifully and tastefully presented by the engaging hosts Jeff and Oscar. It is a peaceful, rural location, ideal as a base from which to explore this area of the Loire by car. For those on 2 wheels, it is worth mentioning the cycle path close by which connects to the local village with the all important Boulanger just 2km away from Le Barn. The nearby town of Richelieu is worth a visit and there are numerous other attractions in the locality. We picnicked by the river, tasted and bought wine in various Chateaux, explored Saumur, Chinon, Amboise, and several smaller villages, discovered charming restaurants, explored local markets and toured some of beautiful Chateaux gardens. Overall a wonderful spot although the little seating area outside Le Barn is not particularly private or comfortable if one wanted to chill/sleep/read a book in complete peace for an hour or two after a hard day sightseeing.

We had a pleasant stay at this cottage. The welcome by Julie was very warm and the accommodation clean and cozy. It has everything you need to travel a little lighter. The accommodation is close to the center of Doué and also to many troglodytes and other activities. Thanks again ☺️

What a gem! The Red House sits perfectly nestled in the picturesque, quaint medieval village of Chinon with close access to restaurants, shops, and parking at the bottom of a sloped cobblestone street. From the door of the lodging you can walk up to the fortress in about 5 minutes! We were charmed by this historic home and comfortable during our stay. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and provided for all of our needs. Please note that the staircase to get up to the Airbnb is steep and uneven.

A welcoming and peaceful accommodation in a pedestrian street of Saumur extremely well located where everything is very accessible. The hosts were lovely and very responsive. I highly recommend their restaurant at the foot of the apartment! I had a great stay for a first time in the area 🤍 Would come back for sure!

Saumur is a super town to visit, and this apartment is a great base, very central to the restaurants and shops, and a short walk up to the castle and other sights, It’s a nice flat as well and a on a quiet road. Anaïs, Joëlle and Pierre were very helpful.

We had a great stay at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the botanical garden so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with the windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!
