Originally a farmhouse, this property is situated in the peace and tranquillity of a secluded hamlet, yet still offers proximity (within 45 min drive) to the best beaches, Puy du Fou and other sites of the Vendee. You would have sole access to the whole property which boasts a large private garden with an orchard, swimming pool (not heated and therefore closed in winter months from mid September through till May), and BBQ facilities.
