Our studio is very close to transport (tram A: 3 min walk, tram B: 8 min), the train station (10 min) and GEM (10 min). All shops, bars, restaurants and concert halls are a few blocks away. Downtown Grenoble is a 15-minute walk away. The accommodation was created in early 2024, it is bright and perfectly equipped. The window, overlooking a very quiet street, faces the garden of a house. A new 140 bed sleeps 2, and a sofa bed sleeps a 3rd person comfortably.

The view from the balcony is 180 degree panoramic on our three massifs : Belledonne, Vercors and Chartreuse. The apartment is completely refurbished with all the comforts. All you have to do is take the elevator and you won't have to be afraid to walk up all four floors. The apartment is conveniently located 15 min walk to Grenoble city center as well as the university campus, at the foot of the C tram and a few hundred meters from the shops.
