On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Welcome to Le Perche. The house is located in the Golden Triangle of Le Perche, in a village located a few minutes drive from Bellême. The house has a lot of character: this is the village's former grocery store reunited with the former farrier's workshop. With a street-side access, the house overlooks a peaceful 8000 m2 green setting. The layout is ideal for stays for kids friendly, for families or stays with friends.

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
