Very pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable and functional, in a quiet and charming pedestrian street, in the city center of La Ferté-Bernard. Very good bedding. All shops as well as the recreation area are within walking distance. Easy parking nearby. Communication with Christine was very simple and responsive. We highly recommend it!

Very clean, hosts were extremely responsive and clear with instructions on how to access property. Local area felt a little deprived but I had no issues as was just using the apartment as a night stopover en route back to UK from Occitane area of France. I would happily stay there again if travelling a similar route.

Christine is a great host and always make sure that we felt at home. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at her place and it is still clean and artistic as before. My wife dropped her necklace after checking out and Christine is able to find it and make sure we receive it with the appropriate arrangement.

This is the 5th time we have returned to this studio, always with the same pleasure, which is proof of our complete satisfaction.

We had a very good weekend at Alexandra's house, there is everything you need, the outside is very nice.

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

Excellent stay in the chalet of Aurélien and Tanya, decorated with care. Its location on the heights of Saint-Cénéri-le-Gérei offers a beautiful panorama that we did not tire of, on the beautiful nature of the Alpes Mancelles both from the garden and from the different windows of the house. The renovation of the chalet is very qualitative. The Nordic bath is a plus and allowed us to have good moments of relaxation while admiring the landscape.

We had a great stay at Laurent and Laurianne's. You feel at home in the house. Very well equipped, including many things available for babies/children (dishes, games, etc.). Tastefully decorated with quality materials. The house and its environment are very peaceful. There are swings and a petanque court in the garden. With balls available in the house. Mortagne with its pretty market is 10 minutes away by car. And Lauriane and Laurent are very responsive and accommodating. We'll be happy to go back!

If we could give Olivier and Maud’s house more than 5 stars, we would. It was perfect! The house itself has all that you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and we felt very at home from the moment we arrived. Our 19month old son also felt at home with toys to play with and the wonderful garden to play in. Olivier and Maud also provided a cot which suited our son well. The garden and surroundings are incredibly peaceful. You are very close to nature and we recorded 50+ different bird calls as well as seeing a hare in the neighbouring field. The intermarche is just down the road and convenient for shopping, as well as a good boulangarie. The neighbours are very friendly. Olivier were very responsive to messages and also very attentive. We could not have asked for a better week staying at Frechatel and other Air B&Bs are now going to have a job living up to such high expectations! We would love to return again in the future! Thank you.

We had a great weekend of family climbing in your beautiful house. The setting is peaceful, bucolic, and rejuvenating. Lots of activities for children are available: soccer cages, scooters, carriers, foosball, ping-pong, billiards, etc. both the little ones and the older ones had a great time. And the older ones loved fishing in the pond. The house has large volumes, it is very beautiful, well renovated, very well equipped, tastefully decorated, ideal for reunions with family or friends. In short, a flawless one. Everything was perfect. We will keep many good memories of this wonderful weekend and will return with great pleasure.

This apartment is great for Le Mans. its close to the tram system and local shops. It's just off the main drag so its quite yet within reaching distance of the action.
