Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

This maisonette is located in a quiet area, 2km from the centre of Bonneval and all amenities, ideal for a couple. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) and a washing machine are at your disposal. Upstairs, the room is composed of a double bed (140x90) and you will find an office area. Sofa bed is suitable for children.
