Brilliant location and great place to stay. Really close to lots of a beaches and places to explore.

We had the most wonderful week at the Rocket House. James has created the most wonderfully welcoming and enjoyable space. The house was truly more beautiful than we anticipated. It had everything we needed. The amenities were functional and well-appointed. The whole house was well-suited for our needs and was incredibly livable. My favorite part was the windows. If I have to clean up from dinner, the view made it so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the house was spotless and easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Also, learning about the history of the house made it more meaningful to discover the specialness of the location and the house's origins. I CANNOT say enough good things about the location. The SW Coast Path is literally just outside the door. The views were stunning. Working with James was a joy. He was communicative, informative, and accommodating. I have already sent this listing to multiple friends!

A great host, wonderful property and amazing location. The car port fitted the estate car easily although a little tight to get into the lane if another car has parked at the entrance so have to take it steady! The house is stunning and the finishing touches make it 5 star. The views from the balcony are wonderful and a real sun trap. It took 5 minutes to get to the main harbour and the same to get to the camel trail so the location is truly fantastic. Great host, easy check in and instructions. We will be back!

We have had a fantastic few days in Port Gaverne. The house was perfect with everything we could want or need. Gerry was a perfect host, great communication and very helpful. We managed to fit a vw transporter and medium sized car on the parking area, it was tight but with no problem. The location is just perfect, less than 1 min walk to the beach. We had a great time and look forward to returning! Thank you Gerry

John and Tracy’s place is an absolute gem. The design and interior are stunning—full of style, warmth, and an eye for detail. Every corner shows John’s craftsmanship and love for quality materials. You can feel how much thought and care went into creating this space. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and perfectly equipped. Tracy and John were incredibly welcoming—fresh flowers, tea, shortbread, and milk in the fridge made us feel right at home. A truly special stay—we’d come back anytime!

This is the perfect base in Padstow for a break. Just a short walk from the harbour, a view from the front bedrooms of the harbour and quiet surroundings. Very clean and lots of space...we loved it!

Excellent location, close to many of the local attractions (Tintagel, Padstow, Port Isaac etc.) Louise’s farmhouse annex has everything you need with amazing views over the countryside. We had a great stay in such peaceful surroundings. No hesitation in recommending and would love to return.

We loved our stay at Hollie’s place, the accommodation was perfect with lots if nice touches, including fast internet, wireless chargers, torches and umbrellas, not that we needed them we had fantastic weather, and did a very nice circular walk into Padstow which started and finished just a stones throw from the property.

Mark’s Place was amazing; great dedicated parking, clean, modern, fabulous welcome pack, amazing shower gel, lovely towels, all in all this was a great getaway

Great place for a couple and perfect for us with our dog. Location is perfect to explore much of the great things Cornwall has to offer. Beverly is friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

The studio was a great base for us. Excellent location, short walk to shops, Co op supermarket, pubs & restaurants. Parking space outside the door. The apartment was equipped with everything you could need and a nice comfy bed, plenty of wardrobe & drawer space too. Good communication with Debbie. The milk & cookies were much appreciated, thank you.

This cottage is just a perfect home from home. Been here twice now and plan on returning time and time again. It’s spotlessly clean, cosy and central for the town and local walks and beaches. Just love it

What a find! Loathed to publicise this place. Comfortably slept 4, the dressing area was a great addition for two teenagers getting ready. The shower was fabulous. Very clean, ample parking with plenty of storage and a walk away from the town centre. Hosts helpful and welcoming. if you need it book it in advance as we might move in.

Loved our stay at Caroline and Max’s Captains Loft! Such a lovely little apartment decorated amazingly so clean and had everything we needed. Our hosts were so helpful and accommodating, especially when we arrived with a flat tyre they helped us get it sorted quickly! Cannot fault 😁

we spent two weeks at Pippa's place. it was everything that we were told and more. Pippa, Matt and the children were very welcoming and friendly. The Annexe is very spacious clean and comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would happily stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family

The location is perfect. Train and busstation are in walking distance. The apartment and views are absolutely beautiful, you definitely pay for this though, personally I found it quite a bit pricey but it was worth it.

My daughter and I stayed for a few days and the apartment was perfect. Great location, very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Apartment was clean, tidy and looked exactly like the photos. View was beautiful! Has everything you would need. Paul was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. We had an amazing few days in St Ives and will definitely be staying at the apartment again in the future.

We have loved staying at Susan's place, it's really well done, comfortable and clean. It's close to local places such as Port Issac and Polzeath. We would certainly come back when in the area again

Jon is a fantastic host - he was very responsive and gave clear and easy directions to get to the stay. The flat was lovely and clean, looked just like photos and had the beautiful suntrap ceiling window! We really enjoyed our little post-wedding getaway. Jon was incredibly understanding and kind after a small miscommunication, and he made the world of difference to our weekend. Thank you for our beautiful stay!

Could not have chosen a better place to stay! Gorgeous set up with lots of little perks such as scones with jam, bottle of alcohol, all the kitchen equipment we could possibly need, fresh flower cuttings on display, wall art, guide books, games, good quality TVs, etcetc. We loved it here and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was too. Great location, walkable to the beach and even the high street, with lots of delicious food choices too. Even the neighbourhood cats were friendly.

Gorgeous little break away with amazing views and a very comfy bed! The property was everything we needed and included nice little touches such as fresh milk, local apple juice and cookies. We felt right at home, safe and throughly enjoyed the local area. Laura's artwork is also beautifully displayed throughout. Communication and instructions on how to get in where clear and precise. Highly recommend this lovely little place. We will be back 👍

A wonderful stay - the accommodation is of a very high standard and has everything you can possibly need. And the view is fantastic. Topping it off is that you can be in all the great eateries and attractions of Padstow within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended.
