IL BORGO - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

Villa Nina

Nestled in the breathtaking scenery of Lake Como, Villa Nina is a historic 18th-century house that combines the charm of the past with modern comforts. Its privileged position offers panoramic views of the lake and mountains that frame every awakening. The terrace is ideal for convivial or serene moments. A swimming pool is available for the hot hours. Upon request, as an extra service, an outdoor hot tub with a lake view completes the offer, guaranteeing an unforgettable stay.

RAFFAELLO APARTMENT

Raffaello apartment located in the ground floor of VILLA Michelangelo, ensures a comfortable and charming stay thanks to the traditional features of historic home of the lake, such as the prized wood beams in the living room and numerous details in the decor, on all the charming wood burning oven ideal for all types of cooking. The interior layout includes large living room of 50 mq with spacious sofas, that can be transformed into comfortable beds at occurrence.

The spacious 1.5 room apartment is in a perfect location at Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide. Due to its central location, everything is within walking distance. The free sports bus takes you to the mountain railways in 5 minutes. Due to the affiliation with Hotel Schweizerhof, the family pool, hot tub and steam bath can be used free of charge. This ensures perfect relaxation after an eventful day.

Studio in Flims Forest House, Sauna and Indoor Pool

This stylishly furnished studio is quiet yet centrally located in Flims Forest House – just a few steps from the bus stop and the idyllic walking path to the famous Cauma Lake. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to a comfortable double bed and a practical sofa bed. Whether hiking in summer or skiing in winter, Flims is a perfect destination all year round.
