This 80 m2 house is composed of a large living room, with a large fireplace, an equipped open kitchen, plus a dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet.

Access to the beach is via a small footbridge at the edge of the forest, the surf school is just at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or the village. Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
