Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle

The house is located directly on the main street, so it is easily accessible. You still don't hear any traffic. Beach 10 minutes away. The apartment itself is very well equipped and clean. We actually only didn't like the outdoor area so much. There is a small courtyard with a table and 4 chairs.

We had a great stay at François and Delphine's house. The house is very nice, beautifully decorated and has a peaceful private garden.

Comfortable apartment and consistent with the photos located in a rather quiet residence. Modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment to prepare meals. A big thank you to Christophe for hosting us. He was also very accommodating in agreeing with us on the best times for our arrival and departure. The only downside for us who like to walk are the distances to get to Biarritz or the beaches (3 to 4 km). Car is therefore a must. But no problem to move because we always found a place when we returned from our walk.

Had a great time at this place! The apartment is as described, very clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. The real highlight is the view of the sea: absolutely incredible, especially at sunset. A real happiness on a daily basis. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Our stay went very well. The accommodation was very comfortable, the bedding was good quality and we didn't miss anything. Everything was impeccable in terms of cleaning. Many services were available to us, many things provided such as towels, bathrobes, shower gel, or for breakfast such as milk, fruit juice, jam, honey in addition to coffee or tea! We enjoyed the balcony for eating outside. It was also very convenient to park the car at the foot of the accommodation. We enjoyed our independent stay. Sylvie and her husband are very welcoming and attentive while being discreet. The proximity of the highway did not bother us in terms of noise. We would recommend this listing!

We had a great few days at Olivier’s apartment. He and Alexis were very helpful and gave us lots of good information and answered my queries very promptly. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard .The views of the beach and forest are amazing,it’s a very peaceful space to relax.

We had a great weekend together. The house is located in a very peaceful environment, full of charm. Very functional, and tastefully restored. Communication with Christine was excellent, all the information necessary for our arrival was given to us accurately. Very flexible host on schedules which allowed us to leave more quietly after our cycling race. We strongly recommend!

We had a good stay, and most importantly would stay again. This is very much an airbnb flat with comfortable beds, nice shower, washer / dryer, and basic kitchen. The location is what makes it stand out, and the easy access to the city made the slightly funky living room and small kitchen unimportant. The hosts were great communicators, with clear check in instructions and great parking tips. We had some issues during the stay- -partying neighbors having a jam session from 1-3am, part of Saturday night in a city and it’s a very old building. - this unit shares an entry way with another unit that’s also managed by this host. The guests staying in the other unit were smoking inside and the smoke filled the entry way and flowed into our unit. The hosts asked them to stop, which they did for a short while, and then started again. Luckily we only had one day crossover, but was unfortunate. The hosts did their best

We had a great time at Xavier's house which is very nice, modern and design, very well equipped and very comfortable. The location is ideal for shining in the area and is close to the beach and shops. We recommend 100%

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

We stayed in Tom’s apartment for a week in June. Tom’s so kind and friendly, he met us at the airport late at night and drove us to the apartment. He gave us lots of advice about the area. The apartment is in a fantastic location 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes in the centre of Biarritz There are some good shops and restaurants 2 minutes walk away. There is an excellent bus service 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is on the second floor, with lovely views from the balcony where we ate breakfast every morning. It was spotlessly clean with great shower and comfortable bed. The small kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend the apartment without hesitation.
