Ideally located, it is isolated but close to everything: 5 minutes from Ascain; 8 km from the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Luz (bus stops 5 minutes away) and departure for hiking or mountain biking from the house (Emilie trail...). The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
