Lime Tree Cottage sits in the heart of historic St Peters. It's a charming mixture of Georgian and Victorian architecture, with a really homely feel...perfect to come back and relax in after a day at the beach, or exploring the nearby pleasures of Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Margate, Sandwich, Deal, Canterbury etc. The cottage boasts off-street parking for up to three vehicles, a large kitchen/diner with all facilities for self-catering, a beautiful lounge area with entertainment hub, an inspiring sun-room (perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee), a south-facing courtyard garden (for a summer evening bbq), utility/ w.c. room, 3 good-sized double bedrooms and bathroom with separate shower cubicle. The cottage is kept to a high standard of interior design. A perfect Kent retreat. St.Peters in Broadstairs hosts an historic Turner and Dickens walk, and the local church boasts one of the longest churchyards in England. (A guided tour of historic St Peters can be taken). Broadstairs boasts a wealth of fine restaurants and welcoming pubs, too numerous to list here. In the immediate vicinity of the cottage we have several fast food options, a co-op supermarket, a pub, a flower shop, butchers and newsagents. Further down the road, a short drive away, you have the excellent amenities of the Westwood Cross shopping centre, including major supermarkets and retail chains, multiplex cinema, bingo, restaurant chains. Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

The Little House in Broadstairs is a 3 storey cottage which has been renovated, with a modern cottage style. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.

Stay on a quiet street in Broadstairs, 5 minutes walk from the station and local shops, as well as 500m from Viking Bay. This is a separate studio space attached to the main house with a bathroom, full TV services and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. We can add a hob or clothes rack for longer stays as well as a small desk ideal for remote working with strong wifi. Plenty of free street parking and if needed a space on the drive
