We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Nearby is a small supermarket, bakery, restaurant, as well as a river and several walking paths. A recreational area (tennis, basketball, pétanque) in the municipality. Activities such as canoeing, tree climbing, lake... are available in the surrounding villages (about 15 km) and you will have the opportunity to visit many beautiful small villages with their restaurant that will serve you our good Périgord products. A perfect place to put your bags down and feel at home.

On the ground floor you will find a dining room with open kitchen as well as a living room with a bay window overlooking the terrace and garden. Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The cottage is adjoining my house but completely independent. presence of a secure box for keys so possibility of self check-in.

You will enjoy its large terrace and stunning views of the pond on sunny days, as well as its interior with its soft and cozy atmosphere, and its wood-burning stove for your long evenings.

Gîte Périgord

Un gîte cosy et rénové dans une maison en pierre, accès totalement indépendant, dans un petit village tranquille aux confins du Périgord vert et du Périgord blanc, au pays de la truffe. Sur une journée vous pouvez facilement profiter de tout ce que le Périgord a à vous offrir, à 10 min de Brantôme, 20 min de Périgueux et à 5 min de tous commerces. Terrasse et jardin privés. Piscine 4mx4m partagée du 15 juin au 15 septembre. Le gîte n’est pas adapté aux bébés.

Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house called La Cuisine d'Alice, is an old barn converted into a luxurious house. It is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful estates in Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It is the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region.

Nice house, very well located, in a relaxing setting, completely renovated, 80 m² with 2 bedrooms, overlooking a 1500 m² garden included in a larger property. Beautiful 20 m² terrace facing the sunset with pergola. 6X4 above-ground pool with terrace and sun loungers open from mid-June to mid-September. You can access it all day but it is privatized between 11 a.m./12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m./5 p.m. Outside of these times you will meet our family.
