Located 4 minutes from the TGV station and shops, 3 km from the center of Tours, with a bus stop at the foot of the building, I put at your disposal the apartment in which I live the rest of the time. Enjoy spectacular views of the city from the rooftop terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining lounge with internet and large screen, two bedrooms with bed linen, a bathroom with towels and a private parking space.
