Situé à 5km de la mer - 2km de la très jolie forêt de la Lucerne et de son abbaye - 10km de Granville et 4km des commerces.

Chez Hélène - Gîtes en baie offers "la saunière": Charming stone house located in the countryside, close to the cliff of Champeaux and the sea. The house is composed of: - on the ground floor: large living room with lounge and equipped kitchen overlooking two single bedrooms. Toilet and bathroom. - on the 1st floor: large master bedroom with sofa bed and a bathroom with toilet. - small enclosed courtyard at the front of the house with garden furniture and BBQ.

Located between Granville and Sartilly, just 5 minutes from the beach of Saint-Pair-sur-Mer, the cottage has been freshly renovated by us. Each object has its own story: either antique, restored or customized. Ideally located to discover the South Channel, the landing beaches, Champrépus Zoo, Alligator Bay, the Chausey Islands... There will be plenty of activities: Karting du Parc, Swimming Pool - Cinema - Bowling, crossing of Mont St Michel with guide...

This vacation rental is composed of a fully renovated studio in a typical farmhouse of the region and a beautiful bedroom in a Tipi chalet You will enjoy your garden and private jacuzzi in the middle of nature next to a wood where you will be awakened by the birdsong. Please note that the hot tub is not available from mid-October to mid-April.

We are close to the beaches of Carolles, Jullouville, Granville which are about 10 minutes away. You have various activities to do on our Granville coasts (shuttle to the Chausey Islands/Jersey/Guernsey).
