Maxime's accommodation is very well located and very pleasant for a family. The apartment is very comfy and comfy There is a lot of equipment for small games for young and old and lots of very nice little touches. Pauline gave us a lot of great info and is very responsive if needed, in short we feel really welcome. Everyone was delighted and had a great stay.

Very nice, convenient and well-located accommodation. Communication and organization with Eléonore are very easy. We recommend it without hesitation!

The apartment was a 15-minute walk from the train station. Check-in was straightforward thanks to a super helpful video. Everything looked like the pictures. It was a nice to sleep (dark room, very quiet). The bathroom and kitchen were well appointed and brightly lit. Overall, this is an excellent alternative to hotels for a single person or a couple.

We stayed here for a wedding and had the most lovely time. What a rare find - an airbnb that can fit 4+ people with 2 full bathrooms!! Not to mention, the place exceeded our expectations - the photos did not do it justice. It's much bigger than we expected and it was so clean and lovely. Nadia was also really responsive and great at accommodating our request for an early check in. We really appreciate our time and would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

My friend and I have a great time in this little haven of peace. We spent a moment out of time, and even got to enjoy the pool. The property is phenomenal, less than an hour from the capital. It's ideal for a little time connected with nature. Thomas and Emma and Darling their dog are fabulous hosts, we'll be back! Thank you very much for this enchanted break!

Ideal place to enjoy the area: Moret, Barbizon, Fontainebleau and Vaux le Vicomte castle. A small path leads to the Seine in 5 minutes and boat trips are possible. Quality bedding and nice view of the garden. Impressive ceiling height and parquet flooring. The terrace deserves to be highlighted. The hosts are welcoming. We recommend it!

Beautiful place, everything we needed was there and the hosts were very kind. Wifi works well for those working during the stay.

Perfect accommodation for a stay in the area. Very quiet, it allows you to rest perfectly and enjoy a small garden without overlooking. A wide range of cooking equipment is available, so you don't have to limit your meals. The bedding is of very good quality and the bathroom is very clean and modern. I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to stay in the area. In addition, the welcome is very warm. I highly recommend this listing!

Our stay was very pleasant, Flora welcomed us warmly and gave us good advice to explore the city and its surroundings. The accommodation is even better than in the photos and is very practical, clean and nicely arranged, it is very close to the city center and allowed us to do everything on foot or by bike

I enjoyed my stay as the house was easy to access. The flat itself is very modern with essential installations that made my stay enjoyable. Overall an excellent value for money except for the periodic smoke coming from the iltalian restaurant downstairs.

Very spacious and pleasant and comfortable :) we felt very good, we had a great time! Impeccable cleanliness upon arrival and it's nice to have some condiments available in the kitchen!

This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here .
