50 m² charming apartment located in the city center, close to all amenities (2-minute walk to the train station, shopping mall at the bottom of the residence, tobacco, restaurants, shops...) This is my main home, there is everything for cooking. Everything is equipped. You'll feel right at home. You will be on the 3rd and top floor with elevator access. Nemours is very well served by buses, line just below. Fontainebleau Castle is a 20-minute drive, Paris is 50 minutes by RER.

Gîte for 10 in our remarkable farmhouse

At the Roches du Paradis gîte, we welcome you to our remarkable farmhouse in the peaceful hamlet of Puiselet, 3 km from amenities and Nemours-St Pierre train station. Open the door of the cottage, you take either the key to the fields on your left or the direction of the Fontainebleau forest on your right, all on foot. If you're not sure, take a moment to meditate under the 100-year-old chestnut tree, the true master of the premises and the central point of the vast courtyard.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and refurbished 30 m2 place in the city center, in a small historic building. Guests can enjoy a private terrace, for beautiful summer evenings. 5 minutes' walk to the train station and by car to the A6 highway (less than an hour from PARIS). Nemours is located just 10 minutes from the Château de Fontainebleau and its forest, offering you the possibility of many activities (climbing, mountain biking, hiking, tree climbing, canoeing, kayaking...)

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

You'll love the place because of its calm, its layout, and the serenity that emerges from it; it's a place that I find relaxing where the living is good. As a reminder: - We don't want animals in the apartment, except canaries! - We don't provide bath towels.
