Situated on the banks of the Charente, the appartment forms a wing of an ancient priory, set in it's own walled seven hectare park. With it's own private terrace overlooking the river and a twenty metre swimming pool, the park also contains formal gardens, rose walk and stone steps down to the river. Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.

Our family house is located in the middle of the vineyards and enjoys a fenced garden with swimming pool. You will be surrounded by the vineyards of Grande Champagne for lunch on the terrace or enjoy the swimming pool from May to September which can be covered and secured thanks to the telescopic shelter.
