Between Brive-la-Gaillarde and Périgueux, 5 minutes from the motorway exit, quiet in a village with grocery store, restaurant, tennis, swimming pool (in season), 15 minutes from the Lascaux caves and many other sites (Sarlat, Hautefort, Les Eyzies, Vezere Valley,...). Building in local stone, 2 bedrooms (note that access to the bedrooms is below and is via a small staircase with three steps) + sofa bed, recently renovated with a terrace, ideal for a family or 2 couples.

Located high up, its view is truly extraordinary. Outdoor kitchen and shower all comfort; a place for nature lovers. A little cocoon of love... Linen is optional for stays of less than three nights. Bicycle, Nordic bath optional.

Our small barn consists of a large 30 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area, living area (with its double sofa bed 140 cm), sleeping area (with its bed in 160) and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private garden area at your disposal. Ideal for 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed. Heating by pellet stove. Pellets are provided.
