It is quietly located in a small town between Royan and Saintes. A vehicle is essential as the house is not in the village.

Tranquillité assurée, boulangerie à 150m, commerces à Saujon (4 km). Stationnement gratuit à côté. La maison est située au bord de mon terrain, avec une haie séparant les deux maisons. Je suis donc là pour vous conseiller si besoin.
