Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Jenifer's accommodation has been renovated with great taste. The amenities are also as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short, everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a few steps from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well-equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

New housing, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk from the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

A very nice accommodation in a very nice village, on the edge of the estuary. Very clean, nicely decorated, with an outdoor plancha, a garden, a few chickens (in an enclosure) and a few cats that you will meet at random. Very discreet and very friendly owners. A tavern (Ma zo li) has recently opened just opposite (Thursday to Sunday): possibility of eating grilled meat or fish, mussels on Friday evening, have a drink, in a wooded place. At very affordable prices. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Meshers, Talmont sur Gironde, Royan, Mornac sur Seudre, Mortagne sur Gironde (port).

Ideal accommodation for a stay by the sea. Good location. Pleasant, comfortable house and the most of the outdoor and enclosed garden the children really enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back! And thank you again to Lydie for the local products.

Lovely property. Fantastic pool. We were a family of 8 + child and it was very comfortable. Close to Cognac and an hours drive from pool. Welcoming and responsive hosts. Definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at the cottage we rented from Thierry. The location of the cottage, located at the back of the shared land, allows you to enjoy the private terrace in privacy and without "vis-à-vis". The cottage is functional and offers appreciable amenities such as a large fridge, dishwasher, shower with pressure, and small amenities that seem trivial but very useful because often missing in other accommodations (oyster knife, corkscrew, chisel, ...) It was also made available to us on request and free umbrella bed and high chair. When it comes to the outdoors, it's lovely. The terrain is large and allows both young and old to have fun. The pool is large and at ideal temperature. Although shared, we were able to enjoy it sometimes on our own and in any case there is room for everyone! Thierry is available and good tips on local tours.

We had an excellent stay at Mallory's, who offers a quiet property in a really nice setting. The little attention to our arrival is very kind and was appreciated 😊 We'll be happy to go back. 😊

Perfect short stay. Communication with Bernard is simple, the welcome booklet is complete, the fisherman's hut is a true haven of peace. You will have everything you need for a great vacation. The environment is pleasant, the beach, the long walks, you don't get bored in Meshers. I recommend this place.
