We better understand the status of "superhost" after a few days in Patricia's Garden. Patricia was very welcoming and always attentive to us. We feel very refreshed after these few days. Our kids spent their time in the pool and calendering Tokyo which is very affectionate. The garden is beautiful and the cottage is very well equipped for a family of 4 Parisians in need of greenery! The house is splendid. The bedding is impeccable, comfortable, quality! The rooms are well soundproofed, there is all the necessary equipment, the decor is beautiful, the pool is highly appreciable even if the weather was not with us, and the owners are available. We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We were delighted by the spaciousness of the rooms. We were able to sit together at the table indoors and outdoors, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We used the pool and were able to create a cinema evening thanks to the screen and projector. Bertrand was very helpful

Beautiful house surrounded by water. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, several outdoor spaces allow you to sit. The children enjoyed the board games, and the visit to the oil mill, guided by Isabelle and her dad, was very interesting. In short, a successful weekend, thank you!

Very nice and bright accommodation. There is all the necessary equipment for 4 people. You are 200 m from a Leclerc center and 15 min walk from the center of Auxerre. You can therefore do everything on foot once the car is back in the garage. Everything was clean and matched the photos well. Fabien is very welcoming, pleasant and very responsive. I had a pleasant stay in this well-equipped, quiet and comfortable cottage. Both bedrooms are practical and the bathroom with towel dryer is a real plus. The nearby parking space is very convenient. Fantastic location with a wonderful view, there is a very charming courtyard where you can have lunch or dinner or a tiny balcony with a view of the lake and beautiful hills, the inside of the cottage is very charming and you will find everything you’ll need for holiday break!, we will definitely be returning to this magical place!

We had a very pleasant stay (3 nights) for 7 people (5 adults and 2 teenagers) The house is large enough for 8 people, We really appreciated the 2 separate bedroom spaces on each side of the living room (we were a group of friends with a family and 3 adults). The configuration is ideal for separating 2 families, for example, Parking in the garden in front of the house is easy and spacious (we had 2 SUVs), it is an essential criterion in our research for weekends with friends, The accommodation met 100% of our criteria, I highly recommend this accommodation,

Ideal for radiating between Sancerrois and Auxerrois. The accommodation is very comfortable (fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom) and the park is absolutely beautiful, justifying the stay on its own (house sheep, deer or wild boars and passing foxes). Yvan is a very considerate host who provides bicycles (mountain bikes in very good condition), perfect for reaching the many lakes and cruising the Puisaye. Plenty of opportunities to hike around the property as well. A great option to discover this beautiful region.

A small house with lime green shutters that exudes kindness. Once you walk through the door, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome. The tastefully and delicately chosen objects seem to welcome you. Illusion. The aroma of a freshly baked tarte tatin. The garden... birdsong... rustling of the wind in the leaves... peaceful rest A distant feeling... childhood. "Shall we go back to Grandma's house?":)
