Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! I stayed in this rural cottage as part of a long distance cycle trip, and it was perfect for my needs. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the bedroom comfortable, and very quiet. Anne was kind enough to provide me with some fresh eggs from her hens for breakfast. I enjoyed my stay here very much!

Very nice accommodation, I have rarely had the opportunity to book such clean accommodation (from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and the kitchen). Christelle responds quickly in the exchanges preceding the rental and during the rental if necessary. We highly recommend this accommodation and I keep it in my favorites, we will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises. We stayed there for a few days. The place was fantastic with many activities and a beautiful view. As our stay was in sunny weather we actually decided to stay in for a day, and it was definitely worth it. The place was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and clean beddings and towels. The additional bathroom was a good help. The heated pool was a highlight. The foosball table, darts and board games were great additions; and the quiet surroundings complemented the experience nicely. Definitely recommended as a gataway, and we would definitely consider having another stay in the future.

Nicolas's house was up to our expectations and had everything we needed. And what a lovely view from the kitchen window. The city of Saintes is a good central point to visit this beautiful department.

It was a dream stay. We find a lovely home and the warmth of the hosts. Both Marie and her mother Nadine and her grandmother Jeanine were adorable, pending at all times, preparing us some exquisite breakfasts and opening their home and their hearts to us. The location, the house itself, everything was wonderful. A unique experience that we will repeat.

The room is very nice and spacious, and matches the listing. The accommodation is very clean. The outdoor kitchen allows for an extra meal and brings a holiday touch, even if I was there for work! 😉I recommend staying with Alain and Irene.

A very large bedroom perfectly equipped, bright and well decorated, nearby toilet and shower room, private entrance, parking space in the property for the car and garage for bikes, delicious breakfast with fresh bread, butter and homemade jams...what more could you ask for? But above all, a warm and friendly welcome from Françoise, who cares about the well-being of her guests. A great step!

Franck is a caring and very responsive host. The accommodation is a small haven of peace where it is good to live even for an overnight stay. A hearty breakfast is served by Franck at the desired time and on your terrace when the weather permits. Thank you Franck for your warm welcome. I highly recommend this little corner of paradise a few kilometers from the ocean. I will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.
