Close to renowned vineyards, Bordeaux, St Emilion, Blaye, and Atlantic Ocean beaches. Perfect for holidays or business trips. 6 minutes to A10 junction for travelers in transit. For those coming with a pet, please be advised that the 5-acre property is not fully fenced and that there are free-range chickens. There is a charger for electric cars, fee is 10€

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.
