Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Sylvestre, Nice

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Thanks Irina for the hospitality and we love the apartment ! It is located near to the Fabron station and 5 mins to the beach, which is very convenient for travllers to visit city center or nearby towns like Menton or Villefranche de mer. Also the apartment itself is very well decorated and maintained with beautiful view and balcony , definitely a good choice when you visit Nice .😊

We stayed at Edi’s for a week in June and I could not recommend it more. The most accommodating and responsive host, beautiful apartment perfectly located. We will be back!

Walide’s place was perfect for a 3 day trip exploring Nice and the French Riviera! Everything was as described and the studio was in the perfect location - literally a minute walk to the beach and promenade, 5 min walk to old Nice, 15 min walk to the train station. Amenities such as the air conditioner and washing machine were really useful during our stay. Walide was a super communicative and accommodating host. Thanks!

The place is newly renovated and is really nice from the inside. Everything is new and it was lovely staying here with the kids. The location was brilliant. Everywhere we wanted to go is walking distance. A lot of good restaurants, and parks all around. The host was amazing and very responsive. I will definitely come back here to stay.

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Nice is a beautiful city and staying here was a great decision. It is 2 blocks from the beach, short walk from cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping. We did daily trips around the area. Getting a 5 or 7 day Zou card is very recommended. Also the place comes with an instruction booklet. Very helpful. The beach is rocky so you’ll need little water shoes which you can buy in Nice. The grocery store is across the street, very convenient. I loved staying here. And I loved Nice.

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

Mickael was a brilliant host, house is in a beautiful place and is peaceful and private. Mickael gave brilliant suggestions on what to do in the local areas.

This spot was peaceful and just what I needed. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Short walk (1km) to the beach, otherwise not a lot to do around. Would stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

A lovely stay! A large apartment with a beautiful garden. 25 minute walk to a lovely beach and restaurants.

Wonderful, peaceful corner of Vieux Nice. If you don’t mind a bit of a steep walk up, this is the best. Quiet garden with fruit trees and exotic flowers. You won’t find a better spot in Vieux Nice. Ghislaine is a super-responsive host. Get it if it is available!

Luciano is very helpful and attentive, the location is excellent close to most things ,the port and old town.Also has train station near by and supermarkets. The room clean and tidy with a lovely outdoor sitting area. All in all I give it 10 out of 10

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

A literal palace, they’ve thought of everything. We never wanted to leave Cannes! A luxe experience.
