Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Sylvestre, Nice

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays- so happy we decided to stay in Saint Paul de Vence and so lucky to have had this beautiful place as our home base for our visit! Not only is the home absolutely stunning - full of the charm and patina that comes along with being part of this incredible little gem of a medieval village on a hilltop with its exposed beam ceilings, beautiful old doors, and magnificent vistas over the surrounding countryside- but it also was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had the most sunning bathrooms with giant clawfoot tubs to luxuriate in after a day of exploring! We loved Katie’s recommendations for restaurants and nearby beaches and had such a wonderful time getting to know Saint Paul de Vence and the surrounding area! Don’t miss an evening walk through this village- it is magic!

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

We’ve just returned from the most unforgettable stay — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything was pure perfection. The setting is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds that feel like something out of a dream. The accommodation itself was stylish, spotless, and so thoughtfully put together. The pool area was a slice of paradise — peaceful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained. Julien and his family were the most gracious hosts, making us feel completely at home from the very beginning. We absolutely loved our stay in Grasse. The house is stunning and stocked with everything we needed and the views were unbeatable. It was very spacious, well maintained and beautifully designed. The driveway is steep and winding, but we were able to manage in our SUV. We would absolutely stay again.

This place is a quiet oasis on a hill just above the city of Nice. The rooms are nicely furnished with loving attention to the details. The garden/park is huge and our kids loved the possibility to run around, sit on the swing, play boule, etc. The access road is a little narrow but the view and the location are worth it! Estelle was always approachable and has provided a list of helpful information / recommendations. Check-in / check-out was super easy. We highly recommend this place!

So happy I stumbled upon Philippe’s place! I was in town for a work trip and came a week early to relax — and this spot was perfect for that. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just outside the city center, it offered a peaceful escape from tourist crowds. Mont Boron was practically in the backyard, beaches were just a short stroll away, and there was a nearby supermarket that had everything I needed for my stay. The view from the balcony made for stunning morning coffees and breathtaking evening sunsets. It’s in an ideal location — a quick commute into downtown, with easy access to the coastal towns to the east. The bus system is convenient and close by, but I ended up renting a scooter to explore at my own pace, which gave me a real sense of freedom. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The apartment was spotless and perfectly sized for one or two people. And Philippe was an absolute delight — one of the best and most helpful hosts I’ve ever had!

We loved staying at Diego’s Airbnb. This was our second time in Nice and really loved the location of this Airbnb. Diego was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb! He was super responsive and helpful with all questions . We also loved the extra touches he had around the Airbnb and really made the experience special. The bathroom was spotless and the rain shower is amazing. We were also grateful for the washing machine with everything we needed provided. Would highly recommend and don’t hesitate to book!

He was a great host! This spot is 2 minutes away from the beach and restaurants are right outside the apartment. We would stay again.

A very clean and well equipped apartment in the heart of Nice within walking distance of the old town and promenade des Anglais. The tram stop is just outside if you don’t want to walk and the train station only 10 minutes on foot for easy travel to Monaco, Menton, Antibes and many other destinations. We took the tram back to the airport and it stops right outside the terminal. The apartment was comfortable and quiet to sleep at night, it also has air conditioning.  Carol was very accommodating and considerate to our needs. We would recommend both her as a host and also the apartment, we would happily stay again.

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the deck and being close to the beach and great restaurants. We would definitely come again.

Listening to the host's friendly guidance, I saw the beautiful sea view right in front of the accommodation. It was very useful because you prepared all the necessary supplies needed for playing in the water at the beach. The accommodation was private, so it was quiet and cozy. It was good to rent a car and park, and it was easy to get around. I was so happy to have wonderful memories of the south of France here.

A beautiful Mediterranean view from the terrace. This place is a little away from the crowd, which really works for us. If you use buses, you can go everywhere. The location is especially convenient when you visit Monaco (by bus) or eze village (by taxi as the host recommends). You could walk to Castle hill as well. Vassil is such a wonderful host. I think that he is really ready for having his guests in every way. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I already miss it!

Unlike some Airbnb spaces which can feel quite sterile this place is a stylish and relaxing retreat. The apartment is in the old part of town with nice amenities close by. Being at the top of a building (3 floors up) and at the top of a hill it brings both the benefit of rare panoramic views but also the need to climb steps. We thought this was absolutely a good trade off. The apartment does not come with air-conditioning but the fans in the rooms worked well to make the rooms comfortable, at least during June.

Our host was super helpful with recommendations for things to do and places to eat, which made our trip even better. They always responded to our messages quickly and were very accommodating, even letting us check out really late, which we really appreciated. The location was great. Highly recommend!

This air b&b was amazing. So spacious, comfortable, huge balcony with gorgeous views. Two bathrooms & a bidet. Wow! Great location & the host was lovely!

The apartment was exact the same as in the description. Clean room, a big bed-sofa, kitchen with all you can need to prepare your dinner and a lovely Nespresso machine. The bathroom was also big enough and clean. There is enough place for your clothes. Much important to mention is that the place is very quiet. Highlight was the awesome terrasse! You can chill there, drink your coffee ore wine and enjoy the great wether eating there. It makes also the whole place much bigger. The location is just perfekt! Only 5 min to the main street - plenty of restaurants, cafes, shopping malls and 2 min next to a grocery store , which was really convenient. Close to the apartment is the central station where you can take the train and visit some other places in the region. You can walk just 10 to 15 min and reach the old city of Nice. Didier is a really nice host - a good , accurate and helpfull communication. I can only recommend the apartment!
