At the entrance to Saint-Trojan, this house on its enclosed 1300 m² plot frequented by birds overlooks the oyster beds and the state forest. It is ideally located: bike path 50 meters in the forest towards the center of Saint-Trojan and Grand Village, shops, the port and beaches famous for surfing are within walking distance (20 min) or by bike (10 min). La Dune house 80 m from the beach

Our family home is located in the small village of La Menounière in the municipality of St Pierre d'Oléron. Between vineyards and the ocean, in a green setting, 80 m from the beach and the bike path, the location is perfect for a total change of scenery. 3 km from La Cotinière and its pretty fishing port, find all amenities, shops, restaurants, ice cream shops etc… In summer, a free beach shuttle also runs at the end of the street.
