The lighthouse house has gained in comfort and elegance while keeping its charms of yesteryear that will immerse you in the heart of the sweetness of the island of Oléron. The Bird House

At the entrance to Saint-Trojan, this house on its enclosed 1300 m² plot frequented by birds overlooks the oyster beds and the state forest. It is ideally located: bike path 50 meters in the forest towards the center of Saint-Trojan and Grand Village, shops, the port and beaches famous for surfing are within walking distance (20 min) or by bike (10 min). It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed.

Our family home is located in the small village of La Menounière in the municipality of St Pierre d'Oléron. Between vineyards and the ocean, in a green setting, 80 m from the beach and the bike path, the location is perfect for a total change of scenery. 3 km from La Cotinière and its pretty fishing port, find all amenities, shops, restaurants, ice cream shops etc… In summer, a free beach shuttle also runs at the end of the street.
