Dating from the 18th century, this house was known to the whole village and even today many inhabitants remember having spent time there. The renovation focused on the enhancement of natural materials (wood, stone) by adding a modern side. Strategic location halfway between Mont St Michel and the landing beaches, we will be happy to advise you during your stay.

Forget your worries in the middle of the countryside, take the opportunity to breathe the fresh air. The house is located in Pont-Farçy, 1 km from the A84, you can quickly reach Mont Saint-Michel, Granville and the landing beaches. Numerous activities are also possible in the surrounding area: walks on the towpath, bungee jumping, Zoos, Festyland park and canoeing less than 2 km from the cottage (if the water level allows).

The Firs

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.
