Small pleasant house in a very quiet cul-de-sac, independent access, friendly owners to see again in October November on our next trip to the Landes

We were well received, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The loft complies with the listing description, and tastefully decorated, clean , and presenting the necessary equipment. The location is ideal, close to other cities ( 20 minutes to 35 minutes). Lydie and Jesse meet the lowest expectations of us . We will come back!

Very nice accommodation in a quiet village. The hot tub is a real plus to bring rest to our vacation. 5 min from the train station by car (20 min walk) and 5 min from shops/gas stations. Sylvain is very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this home !

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

Great house with garden. Very clean and located in front of the field. Excellent host service. We went with our dog and she was delighted to go in and out of the garden of the house. Supermarkets and everything you need are very close. Thank you very much

Alexandre and his wife are very friendly. The accommodation was very good and matched the photos and there was everything you needed. As it was extremely hot, he had turned on the air conditioning before we arrived, we appreciated it! Very good bedding and quiet area. If we return to the Landes, we will contact him again without hesitation.

Very cozy accommodation, as shown in the pictures and description, with just enough and necessary to spend a few days. The terrace is great, it's where we've spent the most time. Right on the beach, in a very quiet area. Close to the canal where you can take a quiet walk and enjoy beautiful views, and 20 minutes from the shopping area and supermarket. In addition, we have communicated with Martine, a very nice and very attentive woman, attentive to any questions we may have. He has provided us with exquisite attention. Highly recommended, we had a great time.

This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we took advantage of the view on the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

We booked the apartment during the day, and Cédric confirmed the reservation almost immediately. He is a very responsive host. Since we were arriving late at night, he left the lights on in the yard to make our arrival easier. The apartment matches the photos — the house is clean and has everything we needed. Beautiful apartment tastefully decorated with a splendid ocean view. We particularly appreciated the immediate proximity of the beach, the restaurants in the area and all this on foot. Very well equipped with high-end equipment, nothing was missing. The bedding was very comfortable. The little extra was in the amenities with a Japanese-style washing toilet. Being able to park your vehicle within the residence is a very appreciable plus because the places are limited around and very popular. The cellar was very convenient for storing our bikes safely. Alexis was a remarkable support by the detail of the arrival and departure procedures and by his responsiveness to all our questions. For a possible future stay in Hossegor, we will certainly return to Olivier.

The location is ideal, close to the center and 2 steps from the lake. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The provision of bicycles is a real plus! Cécile welcomed us very well, she was responsive and accommodating :)

Great stay at Ugo's, ideal location, easily accessible. Communication with Ugo was very fluid and he was able to give us a lot of good advice. We have very good memories of our stay in Capbreton and highly recommend this address!

The location is excellent, 3 minutes from the beach. It has a parking space right next to it, very convenient. Perfect apartment for 2-3 people, with all the amenities, terrace overlooking the port. Wi-Fi connection would be appreciated.

Overall we had a nice stay. The apartment is exactly as described. The instructions were clear and Sylvie is available by message for any questions. The box is great for storing bikes and stroller and the parking space is appreciable. Thanks to the neighbors for moving their car a little to park a little easier because the space is narrow but with a few maneuvers it's doable 🙂 Only one small point to improve in our opinion: the air conditioning would be appreciable when the coolness does not arrive at night or at least a second fan to put one in each room. We recommend this listing 🙂

We had a very nice stay, the terrace is really beautiful with its view of the port. The place is quiet and close to many restaurants as well as the city center of Hossegor. Hosts are very responsive.

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.
