The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

The alcove offers a queen size bed for added comfort. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.
