We had a lovely weekend at Charley's. The setting was very pleasant and the accommodation perfectly matches the photos, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The private pool is a real pleasure. We’ve just spent a wonderful few days with our family at Helene’s house. The property was as described amongst the local vineyards where we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful French countryside & sampling the local wines. There was plenty of space for 5 adults including two lovely outside seating areas. Helene was an excellent host & was helpful & responsive. We were able to use her swimming pool & deck with stunning views across the Loire Valley. You can walk into the local town of Chalonnes Sur Loire where there are great bars & restaurants.

Lydie the owner is charming. Flexible about the time of our arrival and departure. Top environment. Very green. Exotic. Extra pool! The place is great. We were 2 couples of friends with 5 teenagers! Just a little tip: take some mosquito repellent with you. They can be numerous, especially in the evening. I would this property. And a big thank you to Lydie for her kindness.
