The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Le jardin donne sur le vignoble. Le stationnement est gratuit et les pistes cyclables sont à proximité . Un ménage approfondi est prévu à chaque rotation et inclus dans le prix . Je vous demanderai toutefois un entretien raisonné de la maison avant votre départ.

No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
