Cozy 140 m2 house completely renovated in 2020, nestled in a green setting within a group of 16th century buildings, whose main house was built by Marguerite Goëvrot, heiress of the lands of La Coudrelle by her Father, Jean Goëvrot, ordinary doctor of the King and Queen of Navarre. 5 minutes from the village of Bazoches for small purchases (bakery – grocery store) and 10 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche. you will be seduced by the tranquility of the place, very well preserved.

The pool now has a sliding cover and heat exchanger for use April to October Sun loungers Garden equipped with toys games. Play area shared by both gites.
