The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Located in a 19th-century house with a 5,000-m² park, renovated in 2020, enjoy a 90-m² self-contained accommodation unit in a wing of the house, featuring its own kitchen, bathroom, a 15-m² master bedroom with a double bed, an 11-m² children's bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible into a 180-cm bed), a 30-m² living room, and a private terrace.
